Properties
Rubber Antioxidant BLE is high temperature reaction products of diphenylamine and acetone. Their main ingredients are 9, 9-dimethylacridine. The appearance of a commercial product is dust-color and viscous liquid. The relative density of Rubber Antioxidant BLE is 1.09 ± 0.05. It is easily dissolved in acetone, benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, ethanol, partly done in gasoline, not done in water.
Application
Rubber antioxidant BLE is an excellent rubber antioxidant. It is able to greatly improve properties of poly (butadiene-styrene) rubber and nature rubber, including anti-ozone, heat-resistant, antifriction and flexibility, especially used in rubber tire. The recommended dosage is 1-3%. Antioxidant BLE is not suitable for applying in light-color rubber products because it has staining property. Its antioxidant efficacy is increased obviously when it is used together with antioxidant-H or antioxidant-4010. Antioxidant BLE is promised to use in materials contacting with food by USA Food and Drug Administration. The maximum additive quantity is less 5%.
Packing and Storage
Packing:
BLE Liquid: 200kg/drum
BLE-65 Powder: Outer packing: 25kg/paper bag lined with plastics; Inner packing: black light-resistant polythene bag.
Storage: Stored in shaded dry, cool place with good ventilation. Keep fireproofing and moisture proof and prevent sun burning.
Quality Assuring Period
Quality assuring Period is one year. May turn dark after exposure to light and air, although this doesn't affect function.
